Hear, O Israel! The LORD is our God, the LORD is one!

You shall love the LORD your Godwith all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.

These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart.

You shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up.

You shall bind them as a sign on your hand and they shall be as frontals o your forehead.

You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

Aaron's hero

Well I guess in every child's life, especially boys, there is that one person that they want to emulate. The person they look up to and set as their example. Although I do try and teach my boys to set only Christ as their example they will have those earthly models. We are blessed in that the boy that Aaron admires is part of a phenomenal Christian family and I know that he will not be doing things I would not want my child to mimic. So just for Aaron I am sharing with you all a picture of his Hero.

Saturday we went to his football game so Aaron could cheer for him. This picture was taken after the game. Tanner is his real name but he gave himself the nickname "bear" and that is what he wants to be addressed by. So here are Aaron and Bear for your viewing pleasure.
